The other day one of John's classmates from law school said his firm in Reno is hiring and he thought he should apply since he's thinking about taking the Nevada bar. Although he wouldn't mind working in Vegas, he joked there was no way they'd pay him enough to move to Reno. (Some might say that same thing about Salt Lake.) I say if only Officer Trudy were a real person I'd be there in a heartbeat. And I'd be doing something to disturb the peace trying to meet her. She's at the top of my list of characters I wish were real so I could meet them. Yes, I'm pathetic enough to have a list like that.
Here's a funny video from Reno 911. It doesn't have Trudy in it, but it's still a good one.

i love short shorts, loud black ladies, cop glasses, and stupidity. It's like an all-for-the-price-of-one with that show.
I don't think I would ever want to live in Reno either. BUT, I will agree that it would be more tempting if Reno 911 was real. I think I would want to meet Raineesha and hang out with her for a day. Oh the ghetto-licious things I would learn...
Yea, if you're going to take the NV bar, you have to come to Vegas!
I'm with Emily. There is no choosing Reno over Vegas. Come on!
But seriously I love Reno 911. And I am sad I couldn't get the video to play. Have you seen that clip where they are making the drunk driver walk in a straight line but it turns into a dance? Love it!
Reno is the divorce capital of the U.S. I bet your hubby could make some great money... so long as he doesn't get any ideas.
If only he liked doing divorce cases. Those are his least favorite.
We better just stay out of Reno.
